Q: What should I do if the read speed is slow?
A: The speed depends greatly on your PC's USB specifications. If only USB 3.2 ports are installed, USB4 maximum speeds cannot be achieved. Card readers that do not support CFA/CFB standards cannot fully utilize CFexpress card performance. Using our USB4 compatible CFA/CFB dual support card reader with a PC that has USB 4.0 ports maximizes the card’s original speed.
Q: Are there any precautions for the tri-slot model?
A: Yes, CFexpress Type-A and Type-B cards cannot be inserted simultaneously. If both are inserted, the Type-B card will be prioritized and recognized first.
Q: How long does international shipping take?
A: Orders are shipped by air and delivered by local carriers after Japanese customs clearance. Delivery usually takes 6–15 business days (may vary due to holidays or traffic conditions).
